Apologies for my lack of posts lately but I injured my left shoulder playing rugby. In the first league this season, I managed to tear a ligament where my collar bone joins my shoulder so I have been unable to train on it. I have however been doing plenty of running. Sometimes injury forces us to change our training which is of benefit to overall fitness.

I also have a new job! I recently became a Fire Investigation Officer, so no longer put the fires out but instead work out how they started. A change is as good as a rest and I needed one.

Hope your training is going well and I will endeavour to post here more often now that my shoulder is improving.
